Monitor a group of tables and ensure smooth, uninterrupted gameplay
Make sure all internal procedures, guidelines, and security standards are followed
Respond to escalations, game irregularities, and operational issues
You act quickly: Handle emergencies and technical malfunctions in real time
Work closely with Team Managers, Risk & Fraud, Technical Support, and Customer Service
You ensure performance: Make sure shift KPIs are met and all work is carried out according to standards

Understanding of iGaming or a similar environment
Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
Able to make quick, well-balanced decisions
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
You’re tech-comfortable: proficiency in MS Office is required
You are flexible: ready to work full-time in our 24/7 three-shift system
Nice to have: experience with Jira, Confluence, broadcasting/media, or video monitoring systems
